Our preparation time is:

- All the rest 3 business days
PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES (from the day of order placement till the final delivery):
Germany: 4-8 business days
Rest of Europe: 6-9 business days
USA: 14-18 business days
Canada: 15-18 business days
Australia: 12-15 business days
Rest of the world: 15-20 business days
IMPORTANT NOTE: The delivery times of the orders depend on the Post Office of each country, they are estimated, very close to the actual ones but not 100% guaranteed.
Unexpected delays or carrier issues are beyond our control. Contact local Post Office for shipment details.
Special note for buyers from Australia: it is not possible to track an order domestically as Australia Post does not scan registered mail items.
Customers bear re-shipping costs and processing fees for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or in case of non-receipt due to the absence of the recipient.
Customers located in the US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world as well as the UK, Norway and Switzerland are responsible for any customs clearance charges imposed by local Customs Authorities.
